Event Makeup in studio

  1. A 20% deposit will be required to secure the appointment.

  2. The remainder of the payment can be paid on the same day of the appointment via bank transfer or debit/credit card (EFTPOS).

  3. Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointments. Clients are expected to get in touch if they are running late. Clients who fail to arrive on time or don’t get in touch are at risk of losing the appointment and the deposit.

  4. Maximum tolerance waiting time is 15 minutes.

  5. The makeup application process takes around 70 minutes per person.

  6. Clients are requested to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face before their appointment.

  7. Please avoid botox or filler for at least 2-3 weeks before your makeup appointment or wedding.

  8. Pleaseo also avoid lash extensions and lash lifts.

  9. Deposits are non refundable or transferable.

  10. The required time to give notice for canceling an appointment should be at least 1 week in advance.

  11. A refund will be issued if the appointment cannot be upheld due to reasons beyond the makeup artist’s and client's control, such as emergency situations (e.g. illness, lockdowns).

Bridal Makeup (Mobile)

  1. A 30% deposit will be required to secure the date.

  2. All fees must be paid at least 3 days before the wedding day via bank transfer.

  3. The makeup artist will have the right to digital videos and images taken by herself or the professional photographer and reserves the right to use them for advertising, social media, or display of any other purpose. Unless the bride specifically requests not to do it in written form.

  4. More people can be added but the makeup artist must be given notice in advance and reserves the right to turn down the additional application requests depending on her availability.

  5. Reducing the number of people from the original booking will not change the total cost.

  6. 20 minutes should be allocated for the makeup artist set up, 75 minutes should be allocated for each adult makeup application. and 20 minutes for cleaning up.

  7. There will be a charge OF 10%+ if the bridal party is late, tolerance waiting time is 15 minutes maximum.

  8. The makeup artist will not: Provide hair styling, Fix uneven spray tans, skin peeling, or touch up another artist’s work, Reshape facial features or completely erase skin texture.

  9. If the wedding moves to another year there will be an increase in the price for the new fees of the new year.

  10. Only the services listed on the confirmed invoice are included in the booking. Additional services requested on the day, including extra makeup, lash application, touch-ups, or makeup fixes for anyone not included in the booking, are not guaranteed and may be declined if they have not been agreed in advance.

  11. All payments must be made by electronic bank transfer or card by one nominated payer only. Split payments from individual bridal party members and cash payments are not accepted.

  12. Artist Cancellation / Unable to Attend

    • In the unlikely event that the makeup artist becomes unable to attend the booking due to illness, injury, medical reasons, emergency, or other circumstances beyond their control, the client will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

    • If the booking is still far enough in advance for the client to make alternative arrangements, any payments made for services not provided, including the deposit, will be refunded. Where possible, the makeup artist may also recommend alternative makeup artists; however, the client will be responsible for contacting and booking any replacement artist directly under that artist’s own availability, pricing, terms and conditions.

    • If the booking is imminent and alternative arrangements would be difficult for the client to make independently, the makeup artist will make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable replacement artist to provide the confirmed services under the existing booking. If no suitable replacement can be arranged, any payments made for services not provided, including the deposit, will be refunded.

  13. Client Responsibilities:

    • Provide accurate details, including any allergies, prior to the service date.

    • Ensure the bridal party is ready at the agreed times. If the bridal party is not ready or accessible at the agreed time, the original finish time will still apply and services may need to be shortened or adjusted.

    • Arrange a clean, well-lit area for the artist, with access to outlets, water, a table and a chair

    • Notify the artist immediately of any dissatisfaction during the service.

    • Arrive with cleansed skin and avoid skin treatments (e.g., botox or fillers) less than two weeks before the wedding. also avoid lash lifts.

    • By paying the deposit, the client confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
